Savyio (“Savyio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Wallpaper Spanner and wallpaperspanner.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What Wallpaper Spanner does not collect

The desktop app does not upload, transmit, or include in analytics events your photos or wallpaper images, monitor arrangement, resolutions or positions, local file paths, saved scenes, screen contents, or app settings. These are processed locally.

Local storage

Settings and scenes are stored on your device at %APPDATA%\WallpaperSpanner on Windows and ~/Library/Application Support/WallpaperSpanner on macOS. They are not uploaded to Savyio.

Screen access on macOS

The whole-screen eyedropper requires macOS Screen Recording permission. Sampling happens only when you invoke the eyedropper; captures stay on your Mac and are never stored or transmitted by Wallpaper Spanner.

Website and hosting

We do not currently use an analytics provider, advertising tracker, or cross-site tracking system. Website and download infrastructure may process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the service.

Cookies

We do not intentionally use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Payment, authentication, hosting, or security providers may use cookies necessary for their services.

Plus activation and payments

Activating Plus sends your license key and a machine instance identifier to Lemon Squeezy’s License API for verification. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy; Savyio does not receive or store your full payment-card number. See Lemon Squeezy’s Privacy Policy.

Information you send us

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide and use it to respond, provide support, investigate problems, or protect the service. We do not sell support messages.

Retention and sharing

We retain support or transaction information only as reasonably necessary for support, records, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, Lemon Squeezy, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a business transfer.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Children

Wallpaper Spanner is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International processing

We and our providers may process information in countries other than where you live.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

Changes

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. We will update the date above when we do.
