Terms & Licence Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Wallpaper Spanner software and related services. By downloading, installing, activating, or using the software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Free edition

Wallpaper Spanner Free is provided at no cost and requires no account. It is a complete monitor-alignment tool, not a time-limited trial.

Plus edition

Wallpaper Spanner Plus is a one-time purchase of $7.99 USD at the normal price. A temporary $5.99 USD launch price may apply. Plus is not a subscription. A valid license key unlocks Plus features in the same download on supported Windows and macOS devices.

Activation limit

A Plus license may be active on a limited number of your personal machines. Use the app’s Deactivate option before moving the license to a new machine when possible. Do not share, publish, sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute your license key.

License grant

Subject to these Terms and successful payment, Savyio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on supported personal Windows and macOS devices, use Plus features on authorized machines, and make reasonable backup copies for your own use. This license does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights.

Restrictions

You may not resell, rent, lease, sublicense, commercially redistribute, publish as your own, circumvent activation or technical restrictions, remove proprietary notices, or use the software unlawfully. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Purchases, payment, and refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy or the provider shown at checkout. Savyio does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Refunds are handled under the refund policy shown by the payment provider at purchase and any rights required by law. Request refunds through your receipt or by emailing support@wallpaperspanner.com.

Updates and support

We may release updates, fixes, compatibility changes, or new versions. Features and operating-system support may change. We may provide support, but do not guarantee a response time unless separately promised.

Third-party components

The software may include third-party libraries or services governed by their own licenses and terms. Nothing here removes rights granted by applicable open-source licenses.

Intellectual property

Wallpaper Spanner, its software, design, branding, website content, graphics, and documentation are owned by Savyio or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant a license to use the software; they do not sell it.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the software, website, license service, or download service. We may update these Terms when services or legal requirements change; the date above will be updated.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallpaper Spanner is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or suitable for every purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savyio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, profits, business, or goodwill. Savyio’s total liability for claims relating to Wallpaper Spanner will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable Plus license during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot legally be excluded are not excluded.

Termination

Your Plus license ends automatically if you materially breach these Terms. If it ends, stop using Plus features and delete copies you are not otherwise permitted to use. Provisions concerning ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, and survival remain effective.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by a court or dispute process with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
